3. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate access and property information before appointment.
• Follow technician safety instructions before and after treatment.
• Inform us of vulnerable occupants, pets, or sensitive areas.

4. Payment terms

Payment terms are confirmed at booking. Late payments may incur service restrictions and additional charges where legally permitted.

5. Liability

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. Liability is limited to direct losses except where law states otherwise.

6. Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellations should be made as early as possible. Fees may apply for late cancellation or missed access.
